“This is the first time I’ve seen a cup sleeve taped to connect each side, and because of this, my husband’s hot drink spilled on his face. This is completely unacceptable and should never be practiced. Please address this immediately to ensure customer safety. The male staff even tried to reason that we “held it too tightly,” but the sleeve was clearly taped together, as shown in the picture below. This is unsafe and needs urgent attention.”
