“This is my second visit, and unfortunately the experience has been very disappointing. During my first visit, I asked for a vada pav and was told to take something else because it takes time. Today, when I asked for an item, I was told that they were busy with cleaning and could not serve me. This level of service is unacceptable. Customers should not be refused service due to internal tasks. I hope this issue will be addressed seriously.”
