“I dined in and took time to enjoy the food and the ambiance. Overall, it was okay—not bad. However, my experience changed when I requested to have the unfinished food packed for takeaway. The way the food was handled and packed felt careless and unprofessional, especially for a restaurant serving paying customers. It looked rushed and showed little attention to presentation or food care. For comparison, Salvis in Reef Mall handles takeaway orders far more professionally. Food quality should extend beyond dining in; how takeaway food is prepared and packed also reflects a restaurant’s standards. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing and did not meet expectations.”
