“This is the second time I had ordered Pav Bhaji for my daughter from DSO branch and despite the note to make bhaji a little less spicy and pav softer they sent the regular version of this and when called and understand why is that the manager goes like “sabke alag alag nhi banta hai” “pav to fresh hi hoga” what do you mean by “hoga”. If we are calling you at the time we rather should be enjoying the meal that means something is wrong. He told us to call the delivery rider to raise a complain, what on earth he was thinking. Not worth it. I don't think I will ever step into this restaurant ever again. Poor customer service, no empathy, zero respect.”
