“I went through the McDonald’s drive-through today to order a coffee with caramel syrup, which I always get and always pay the extra two dirhams for. It has never been an issue before. Unfortunately, the staff member who took my order was unfriendly and made an unnecessary comment like, “this is not a fancy coffee place,” even though this item is on the menu. The attitude felt disrespectful and made the experience uncomfortable. I noted her name but chose not to share it. I hope customer service improves so customers feel welcomed and respected.”
