Marrybrown Al Barsha

“When we used to live in Abu Dhabi, Marrybrown was our favorite place to order fried chicken. Even when we moved to Dubai, their fried chicken remained our favorite. Recently we moved to Al Barsha area and we started ordering from this branch. Unfortunately, the last time we ordered, the chicken pieces received were cold, not to say old! We thought it was the rider's mistake and that the order was picked up late. Yesterday, we decided to order again and there was the big surprise: chicken was refried, prepared in advance and again fried. It was oily and dry, overcooked from the inside. Total disappointment. Someone has to tell the staff not to re-fry the chicken or the fries!!!!”
