“Just want to share bad experience. Placed an order for pick up. I showed the receipt to the food counter person he didnt responded 2 3 times. Then I showed the receipt to Dosa counter he told wait ma'am. I asked 4 times the same but no body responded well. At last one person came and said why are you asking here. One shop and staff is not able to guide you well and yelling that why I am asking there. After 4 times waited for 35mnt asked multiple times somebody is yelling at you. TOO MUCH UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR. I understand that its crowded but giving a proper answer takes only 2mnt which customer is expecting I guess. I think should change the billing counter staff immediately or ask train them to behave.”
