“We have had extremely bad experiences with Halla Shawarma, and this is the second time it has happened. This time, we ordered Halla Chicken Salad via Keeta. However, upon opening the order after delivery, we found that the item was incorrect—they sent a shawarma instead of the chicken salad, even though the bill clearly mentioned chicken salad. Since the order had already been delivered, we had no option but to cancel it through Keeta and accept the incorrect food. This is completely unacceptable, and we did not expect such negligence from Halla Shawarma.”
