“I ordered food expecting at least a basic level of efficiency, but instead my order has been trapped indefinitely in the magical state of “being prepared.” Apparently, time works differently here. After exactly two hours of waiting, with the order status never changing, frustration turned into disbelief. I called customer service twice—once after the first hour, and again after the second—hoping for clarity or actual assistance. Both calls led nowhere. No real answers, no resolution, and certainly no sense that anyone cared. Each call felt like a formality rather than support, leaving me right where I started: waiting, hungry, and ignored. What makes this experience even more absurd is that other fast-food chains clearly understand urgency. For example, McDonald’s manages to deliver in about 15 minutes, while here I was expected to accept a two-hour wait with zero communication as normal. If delays are unavoidable, communication should not be optional. Leaving customers in the dark is not “service”—it’s negligence. For a brand that advertises speed and convenience, this experience was the complete opposite. This was a frustrating waste of time and has significantly lowered my expectations of Burger King. Feeling ignored for two hours is far worse than being hungry, and unfortunately, that sums up this experience perfectly.”
