“Very disappointing experience at the Jumeirah Park branch on 28 Dec (Invoice #112765). I specifically asked for my coffee extra hot, which wasn’t done. When I complained, the manager suggested reheating it in a microwave. I clearly refused, yet they went ahead and did it anyway and were not honest about it. What made it worse was the manager’s attitude — rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. The behavior was a disaster and showed no respect for the customer. This was a complete contrast to the Palm branch, where I’ve been a long-time customer and service has always been perfect. Sadly, this visit showed poor quality control, lack of transparency, and unacceptable management behavior.”
