Two Seasons Hotel & Apartments

“We had a large room with two bedrooms and a living room. We were lucky with the view from the balcony, overlooking the Burj Al Arab Hotel. The room had everything we needed: the beds were very comfortable, clean sheets and towels, and all the necessary shower products. Drinking water was always brought during cleaning. The staff was very friendly. We were lucky and checked into our room at 11 a.m. The hotel's location is superb: 2 minutes from the metro, a grocery store, and there are also many cafes nearby. We used the pool; it wasn't heated, but the warm jacuzzi saved the situation. The balcony in the room was opened upon request. The 200 dirham deposit was returned to our card within a week of check-out. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel. Our room was on the 28th floor, and the elevator was generally quick, arriving within 5 minutes. We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. The bedroom was a little cool, and we could hear some traffic noise, as if the balcony door wasn't closing properly. But earplugs were a saving grace, and the blankets were very warm. The hair dryer was old and wall-mounted, making it a bit difficult to dry my hair; it kept turning off when I dried it on high power. The TV didn't have access to YouTube or Netflix. The kitchen was missing a sponge and dish soap, but perhaps the staff could have provided those.”
