“I am writing specifically to mention the great help extended by the hotel staff when it mattered the most. I had lost my mobile in the cab and the staff immediately came to my rescue. They searched for the cab's number plate through cctv and called RTA to check the name of cab's company. Through which they got the the number of cab's driver and called him back to retrieve my phone. For about an hour I felt like a piece of my heart was gone, but felt overwhelmed when I finally got my phone back. Special thanks to the person who responded with utmost urgency and really sorry for forgetting him name, else would have mentioned it here in my post. Otherwise also, the overall experience of the hotel was pretty good. Hotel has all required amenities for an applaudable stay. I would like to come back for a stay whenever I get the chance to visit Dubai again. Cheers!!!”
