Rumaan Hyderabad Restaurant

“I visited Rumaan Hyderabad Restaurant today for lunch. As a regular customer, I ordered Mini Mutton Biryani, which clearly promises 2 pieces of mutton. However, what I received was only 2 bone pieces with hardly any meat, which is completely misleading. I have attached the photo as proof. When I politely requested them to change the pieces, the manager (wearing a white shirt) responded in a very rude and arrogant manner, saying “You ordered mini mutton, so this is the piece. We cannot change it.” This kind of attitude towards a regular customer is unacceptable. This is honestly the worst service experience I’ve had here. The staff was neither friendly nor helpful, and there was no concern for customer satisfaction. I strongly do not recommend this restaurant to others due to their poor service and unprofessional behavior. I would like to request Mr. Afroz, the restaurant owner, to kindly look into this matter and take necessary action, as this kind of service will surely affect the restaurant’s reputation.”
