“Worst food experience ever. I ordered sambar rice, but what was delivered was nothing more than sambar water. The quality was extremely poor. I immediately called the restaurant to raise a complaint. I was asked to share photos on their WhatsApp number. Since I placed the order through their landline, I requested them to send a WhatsApp message to my number so I could reply with the photos. I waited for more than one hour, but no one responded. This clearly shows how seriously they handle customer complaints. If the restaurant management is not concerned about food quality or customer satisfaction, then what is the point of running a restaurant? It is disappointing that a vegetarian restaurant cannot even prepare basic vegetarian food properly. It also makes me wonder whether orders placed after 9:00 PM are prepared carelessly just because it is close to closing time. Overall, a very bad and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.”
