“First time visiting and the experience was mixed. One male staff member from Myanmar was excellent—very welcoming and explained the dishes well. Food was generally good, but the chicken with cashew nuts was extremely salty. I informed two servers, but no solution or follow-up was offered, so I asked for it to be packed. Service from the other staff, especially the female staff, felt inexperienced. When the food was packed and handed to us, the bill was immediately requested, which felt uncomfortable. I also asked for spicy sauce and was told to take it myself without guidance, despite it being my first time trying this cuisine. We ordered two bottles of water but only used one. The unopened bottle was not removed from the bill (AED 5), which left a poor after-sales impression. Good food and one great staff member, but overall service needs improvement. Likely my first and last visit.”
