“We are regulars at this restaurant. Today we told the manager kachum that lasangne is chewy , the beef is extremely dry . Not like the norm. Same with my daughter’s kids meal. Pasta is sickening. When we told the manager she said they haven’t changed the chef, nor the ingredients . Didn’t acknowledge the problem and just argued back and walked away. Our server Joseph was excellent Not a good service by the manager. A manger needs to acknowledge a problem. Not dismiss it .”
