“Terrible customer service with no respect to client's inquiries and needs. Treating customers as per their order amount which is unacceptable. Every customer is a customer. Actually I was a frequent customer of this restaurant and ordered food for the delivery and invited my friends to this restaurant. I usually order main course dishes. However, today I wanted to order a lentil soup along with my main order and asked a price over the phone call and instead of an answer to my question, I was asked another question. .. -'ONLY LENTIL SOUP??????' I wasn't going to order ONLY lentil soup BUT even if I did, I still PAY for it and still a customer who deserves a proper answer. I asked the name of the person who answered the phone call, to which again there was no straight answer. But when I insisted he said his name was Hashim. I lost all interest in ordering and closed the line after such treatment. But then he called me back and said -Yes I checked your history of orders that's why I call you back. So if I didn't order before a lot he wouldn't mind anything. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT! You lost a frequent customer with this approach.”
