“Very disappointing experience. We were seated by the staff and allowed to choose our place. After settling in, another group was allowed to take the same seating, and we were simply left unattended. No effort was made to accommodate us elsewhere or even explain the situation. What stood out most was the complete lack of customer care the staff seemed okay losing customers rather than resolving a situation they themselves created. Basic courtesy and ownership were missing, which is surprising for a place that otherwise has a good reputation. Service matters just as much as food and ambiance, and unfortunately this experience fell far short.”
